Refund Policy

Registrants who cancel their camp registration 30 days or more prior to the start of their camp session are entitled to a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. Registrants who cancel less than 30 days before the start of their camp session can either receive a credit for an equivalent 2025 Big Train camp registration or make their registration payment a tax-deductible donation to Big Train.

Changes to camp or care sessions made within two weeks of the start of their camp date camp will be charged a $25 administrative fee.

Weather Policy

This is an outdoor summer camp, and summer weather conditions are an implicit part of baseball and camp. You are expected to prepare your camper appropriately. When it is raining, campers will be sheltered in the Davis Family Pavilion at Shirley Povich Field, where campers can watch movies, talk baseball, read books, and play trivia and other games. During a rainy day, you are allowed to pick up your camper early. There are no refunds because of weather conditions.

If Big Train Summer Camp is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Big Train's control ("force majeure"), registrants will receive a full refund.
